Stages of work and payment
- Order acceptance and approval
At the first stage, we agree on the product itself, dimensions, performance, coating, materials in general and you receive an approximate price. If everything is satisfactory, we select the wood and determine the final price of the product.
- Agreement and invoice
After agreeing on the details of the order and the price, we prepare a contract and an invoice for the advance payment. The advance payment is 50% of the price of the product. All work is carried out officially to preserve the guarantee.
- Executing the order
After the advance payment is made, we begin to execute the order. The implementation process takes from 5 working days, depending on the complexity of the product and their quantity.
- Product receipt
The final stage is the agreement of the date and time of pickup or delivery. After payment of the remaining amount, we ship the order. Together with the product, you receive a warranty card and a product care note.
Payment methods
When purchasing, there are 3 ways to pay for the product:
- in cash;
- payment by card;
- calculated for individuals and legal entities.
When paying for goods to order, prepayment is required – 50% for the order and additional payment of the remaining amount upon receipt of the order. Payment for delivery and additional services is made by cash or card at the office or cash upon delivery.
Delivery
The order is delivered by agreement.
Self-pickup from the warehouse is free of charge on the agreed day and time.
We also deliver through Ukraine with the help of transport companies. The price and terms depend on the volume, weight and remoteness of the delivery region.
